unique historical perspective of colonization

This was a very scholarly read rather than a casual perspective. I was hoping for the latter but found myself happy in the end to have experienced the scholarly ficus. Having spent time traveling in New Zealand and Australia over ten years I found the contrast between how the indigenous peoples were managed very revealing.
